David Bolduc
David Bolduc has practiced law since 1976 in a variety of roles in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Bolduc has founded and been a member of several law firms, has served as an Assistant Attorney General and a Division Chief for the Attorney General of Texas, and has served as General Counsel for a major Texas state agency.
He has practiced civil, administrative, and criminal law, handled general business, telecommunications, licensing, sales and franchising, real estate, employment, family law, probate, and litigation matters. He currently handles primarily business and administrative matters.
